Prior to joining Truecount, Andrew architected, delivered and managed major strategy, architecture and development engagements for two ‘Big 4’ consulting companies, and successfully built 4 high tech startups in the Internet Service Provider, Network services, D-CLEC / Telephone and Wireless space.
A highly skilled IT professional and project manager, Andrew has presented numerous security, compliance and disaster recovery seminars, and appeared frequently on NBC and MSNBC as an expert source. Andrew was also a planner supporting The Department of Homeland Security’s Cyberstorm II security exercise.

An accomplished businessman and attorney, Perez is a director and vice-president of Watering Incorporated, formerly publishers of Hemmings Motor News. Previously he was a partner at the international law firm Doresey & Whitney and at Townley & Updike, specializing in mergers/acquisitions and finance law. Perez is a trustee or director of a number of non-profit entities in Vermont including Vermont Law School, Vermont Public Radio, Institute for Sustainable Communities and Vermont Natural Resources Council. A graduate of Harvard College, Perez holds a J.D. degree from New York Law School and an LL.M. degree in corporate law from New York University School of Law.
