IntegrationTruecount identifies key integration points during the consultation process. Integration of RFID into existing business processes encompasses both interfaces by and between the Truecount application and existing systems, as well as human process changes to accommodate RFID technologies.

  • Pre-built interfaces to legacy ERP, Point of Sale (POS), SCM, WM and BW are customized as needed to interface with the client’s existing systems.
  • Pre-built business process templates are used to assist in optimizing the human/RFID interaction in areas such as Distribution Center tagging, cycle counting and loss management.

At every step in the integration process, we look to optimize the efficiency of the interactions and reduce human intervention.
