To ensure maximum benefit for all Truecount clients, once Truecount’s solution is deployed, we offer three tiers of support and maintenance, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Each tier of support includes access to Truecount’s Help Desk 800 number and e-mail Incident Management System, with remote diagnosis and resolution followed by onsite diagnosis and resolution as needed.
Help Desk Support
Supplied by Truecount via telephone, fax, email, and the Internet during the coverage hours specified.
Consists of consultation in English with a qualified technician in regard to the installation and proper operation of software.
Train the Trainer
Provided by Truecount as an option.
Educates your in-house training personnel so that they may support additional locations.
All available training materials (e.g. training manuals) are supplied as part of this program.
