Truecount training is completed in two phases.
This phase of training begins once the store has been identified and a date for installation has been determined. Employees are given an introduction to the science and impact of RFID, and managers are trained on the specific tools and screens they will need to use to maintain accountability and keep the systems running correctly.
All employees will receive an introduction to Truecount with a specific focus on the critical areas required to ensure total success. Trainers will remain onsite for one to two days after the system is deployed.
